Why your video stops at 150 views
It’s rarely the camera. Usually it’s one of these four things, and each one has a fix.
- People scroll past before I’ve even said hello. The fix: your strongest line moves to the first second.
- It feels long, even though it’s only a minute. The fix: I remove the pauses, repeats and false starts.
- Most people watch with the sound off. The fix: captions are part of the edit, timed to your voice.
- It looks homemade next to the bigger accounts. The fix: clean sound, natural colour and simple motion graphics.

Client result: Alex started with 30 followers
I edited Alex’s short-form videos for Zazen Codes and helped shape how he posts, back when he was just starting out on Instagram. Four months on, @zazencodes has 8,123 followers, more than 1.1 million views across 54 reels, and a top reel with 421K views. Public numbers checked on 31 October 2026.
He was giving me polished, professional quality videos, which is exactly what I wanted. And my niche is really technical and complicated. And he was able to understand that and keep up with me.

Hello, I’m Aman
I’m Sheik Mohammed Aman, a freelance video editor and motion designer, and the person behind Barakah Creative Studio. I edit talking heads, ads, explainers, documentaries and property videos.
You work with me directly. No agency in the middle and no hand-offs: the person you talk to is the person editing your video. I edit in Premiere Pro, animate in After Effects and grade colour in DaVinci Resolve. Based in India, working remotely with clients anywhere.
Questions about video editing
What kind of videos do you edit?
Talking-head videos, reels, TikToks and Shorts, YouTube videos and mini-documentaries, ads and promos, property videos, motion graphics and colour grading. If you filmed it, I can edit it.
Do you offer motion design as well as video editing?
Yes. I design and animate motion graphics in After Effects, including logo animation, kinetic typography, animated screens and titles, and add them to your edit where they help.
How do I send you my footage?
Share your raw clips in a folder link, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, and tell me who the video is for and where it will be posted. The brief builder on this page writes the message for you.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. I work remotely, so it doesn’t matter where you are. We talk by email or Instagram, and you review each cut online before anything is final.
Which software do you use?
Premiere Pro for editing, After Effects for motion design and DaVinci Resolve for colour grading.
Which formats will I get?
Your video is exported for each platform: 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube, and 4:5 or 1:1 for feeds.
